REGISTRATION PRIVACY.

This notice explains how this website uses information provided when arranging training with Cashell Mechanical Technical Training.

Information you provide

Class registration collects the booking contact’s name, email, company, optional phone number and purchase order (PO) number, and the names and work sites of the attendees. It also records the selected class, the training price, booking reference, and registration time.

How registration information is used

These details are used to process bookings, communicate class information, prepare invoices, and support attendees. A booking summary is sent to Cashell and a confirmation to the booking contact. Only provide employee information you are authorized to share.

Storage and service providers

Bookings are stored in the website’s hosted database. Hosting and transactional email providers process the information needed to operate the registration service. Access to the management area is limited to authorized accounts. Limited request information is used to prevent repeated or abusive submissions.

Recovering an interrupted booking

When you submit a live booking, this browser tab temporarily keeps the submitted details so a connection interruption can be recovered without creating another booking. The copy is removed after a confirmed response or when the tab’s storage is cleared.

Questions, corrections, and deletion requests

Contact booking@cashelltraining.com or (775) 934-6458 about your registration information. Cashell will review requests in light of any records needed for bookings, invoicing, and applicable obligations.

Website preview

Sample sessions in the design preview do not accept bookings. Details entered in a sample booking form stay in the current page and are not submitted or emailed.
